Information you send
We receive the contact and project details you submit, any attached plans, your chosen language and the page that prompted your enquiry. Please send only information relevant to your project.
How it is used
We use this information to respond to your request, discuss services and prepare a quotation. Processing is based on taking steps at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries. Reading this notice does not subscribe you to marketing.
Processing and storage
Enquiries pass through our n8n form-processing system and are recorded in NetHunt CRM. Attachments may be stored in Google Drive. Authorised team members and service providers process the information to handle your request. These providers may process data internationally under their applicable data-protection arrangements.
Retention and your rights
We keep enquiry information while it is needed for the conversation, any resulting business relationship and applicable record-keeping obligations. You can ask for access, correction or deletion, object to processing or request restriction where applicable. You may also complain to your data-protection authority, including the Spanish AEPD.
Website technology
The site uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent automated abuse. Turnstile processes technical browser and connection information for that purpose. We do not load advertising or analytics trackers. Your language is selected through page links, without a language-tracking cookie.
